The 304 Stainless Steel Binary Cooling System Hot And Cold Impact Testing Machine is divided into three sections: high temperature area, low temperature area, and test area. Each area features unique insulation structure for effective hot and cold impact testing. The system supports high-temperature or low-temperature impact tests with maximum duration up to 9999 minutes and maximum cycle count up to 9999 times. The machine can perform automatic or manual cycle impacts and can be configured for two-area or three-area hot and cold impact testing. The binary cooling system provides highly effective cooling with both air-cooled and water-cooled options available. Computer connectivity is supported, with recording instruments available as optional accessories. Features a color LCD touch-control operation interface with Chinese and English language support for easy operation.

Utilizes low temperature and high temperature hot and cold storage tanks with damper control to direct temperature from storage tanks into the test slot for rapid temperature shock effects. Features Balanced Thermostat Control System (BTC) with specially designed air distribution system. Uses P.I.D control method with SSR to manage heating and heat loss, ensuring long-term operational stability.
The thermal shock test machine is divided into three zones: high temperature zone, low temperature zone and test zone. Each zone features unique thermal insulation structure. The impact method employs air path switching to introduce temperature into the test area for cold and hot impact testing. Supports high temperature or low temperature impact with maximum duration of 9999 minutes and maximum cycle period of 9999 times. The system supports automatic cycle impact or manual selective impact and can be configured for two-zone or three-zone impact operations. Cooling system employs binary refrigeration for fast cooling effects, available in air-cooled or water-cooled configurations.
