This comprehensive modular testing equipment meets specifications QB/T1952.2-2011, GB/T 26706-2011, BS_EN1957, and ASTM F1566-2009 standards. It performs fatigue endurance testing for mattresses, springs, and bedside units, featuring integrated pad surface height measurement and mattress firmness testing capabilities.
Our integrated mattress tester allows free parameter input, execution of different test procedures, graphical depiction of measured values, and comprehensive evaluation and recording of measurements. The system automatically stops testing when cycle counts reach predetermined numbers or during emergency situations.
Constructed with 10mm thick square steel plate and steel framing, the machine measures approximately 3000 × 2350 × 2810mm (L × W × H).
