BJ-X Handheld Portable Field Metallographic Microscope

The BJ-X portable metallographic microscope features its own vertical illumination light source, enabling easy identification of various metal and alloy structures without sample preparation. Ideal for on-site metallographic inspection and failure analysis of large workpieces, this instrument eliminates the need for cutting samples by allowing direct grinding and polishing of workpieces to maintain their integrity.

This portable microscope is suitable for numerous industries including aerospace manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, vehicle manufacturing, boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing and inspection, petrochemical, railway, shipbuilding, power plants, power stations, equipment installation, large molds, safety testing, quality supervision, and physical/chemical laboratories. It is also widely used in factories and laboratories for casting quality identification, raw material inspection, and research analysis of metallographic structure after material processing.

The microscope base is equipped with a magnetic suction seat that can be directly attached to workpieces for on-site metallographic tissue inspection. The gear-type XY axis moving platform ensures stable horizontal positioning without automatic underscoring.
