Brief Introduction:

3116 series diesel engines are widely used, such as E200B, E240B, E325 excavators, 950F, 960F loaders and other products. The fuel system of this diesel engine adopts the plunger pair and the injector to be integrated, which is commonly known as the "unit pump" structure. The fuel supply path of the fuel system is on the cylinder head, and the combined injector has a sleeve. To isolate the coolant channel, this sleeve also provides an interface for the injector.

Rebuilt:
Rebuilt 3116 EngineA rebuilt 3116 is the same as a remanufactured 3116 except we “rebuild” your existing engine instead of building up an old 3116 core. We still use the same OEM and Aftermarket parts, follow the exact same OEM specs from and control the process in our machine shop. No component is used or refurbished we are simply remanufacturing your engine in our shop.

Refurbished:
A refurbished 3116 would torn down, cleaned internally and externally, inspected to meet original OEM standards. If the parts are still in good running condition it is tagged as refurbished. In some instances only a few engine components need to be remanufactured, the rest of the parts are in fine condition and are re-used.

Used:
A used 3116 engine, often time known as a “running takeout” is a exactly what it sounds like: a used engine. Used engines are still in very good working condition most of them containing less than 100,000 miles. Our policy is to only buy used engines for our inventory if they meet our strict quality assurance criteria. The engines must have a clear and trackable maintenance history, accident and overhaul history, have the oil and fuel pressure checked as well as dyno run-tested for horsepower and torque accuracy. We are also a source for a variety of used 3116 engines.
