Online display of tension value, winding speed, and winding length.

There are one or half turns of wire pass.

Multiple function alarm: wire broken alarm, fault alarm,tension upper/lower limit alarm function.

Multi functional "menu knob" to adjust parameters such as tension value reset, tension upper/lower limit setting, servo motor status, etc.

RS485 networking communication can achieve real-time reading of tension values, setting the upper/lower limit of tension, changing the working angle of the tension rod, tension calibration and compensation, and reading the winding length.

The system is equipped with current overload protection for the servo motor, which returns to normal after power outage and restart.
