Haul-off Machine
Equipped with three crawler track haul-off units designed for
stable handling of 75-315mm PVC pipes. Constructed with
high-quality rubber and chain components, each track features
individual motor and gearbox control with cylinder adjustment for
precise vertical positioning.
Automatic Cutter Unit
PLC-controlled cutting system with encoder technology for exact
length measurement and precision cutting. The fully automated
planetary cutting mechanism includes pre-delivery programming and
adjustment, plus illuminated observation windows for monitoring.
Belling Machine
Advanced socket forming technology featuring dual heating ovens for
progressive temperature control. The belling chamber incorporates
water spray cooling and push-power separation mechanisms for
efficient socket production with excellent results.
