YINGCHUANG PLC Controlled Shuttle Rotomolding Machine, 15-30min Adjustable Cycle Time Automatic Rotational Molding Equipment For Civil PE Water Tanks & Plastic Barrels is independently developed shuttle rotational molding equipment, equipped with self-developed industrial PLC touch screen control system, whole production cycle adjustable from 15 to 30 minutes according to product wall thickness and mold size, suitable for mass production of various civil hollow plastic products including PE water tanks, chemical plastic barrels and liquid storage containers.

This machine adopts reciprocating linear shuttle rail structure, matched with large full insulated sealed heating oven and two sets of heavy alloy bi-axial rotating arms with independent high torque drive units. The PLC system supports one-click adjustment of total cycle time, heating duration, cooling time and bi-axis rotation speed without manual mechanical adjustment. The full insulated oven uses thick high-density thermal insulation cotton and multi-group circulating hot air system to keep tiny internal temperature difference, ensuring uniform melting of PE/LLDPE raw materials and effectively reducing molding defects such as uneven wall thickness, cold spots and bubbles. The integral machine frame is extra thick reinforced carbon steel integral welded with post-welding stress relief heat treatment, stable anti-deformation performance under long-term continuous full-load operation. We support full customization of oven dimension, heating power, air/water dual cooling system and complete mold auxiliary fixtures based on customer mixed production demands of plastic barrels and PE water tanks.    The total molding cycle can be freely set between 15 and 30 minutes via PLC touch screen: thin-wall small plastic barrels adopt short 15–20min cycle, medium-thickness PE water tanks use standard 20–25min cycle, thick-wall large storage containers adopt 25–30min long cycle, realize targeted efficient production for different products, reduce energy waste and improve daily output.

   Integrated independent PLC control system, visual setting and storage of all production parameters including total cycle time, oven temperature, holding heating time, bi-axis stepless rotation speed and cooling delay. Built-in complete safety interlock protection and real-time fault self-diagnosis function to guarantee continuous safe production.
3. Large Full Insulated Heating Oven, Balanced Circulating Hot Air With Low Temperature Difference
   150–200mm thick surrounding thermal insulation layer effectively reduces heat loss, multi-channel circulating hot air covers every corner inside the oven to ensure consistent wall thickness of civil PE plastic products and avoid liquid leakage risks. Three heating fuel modes optional: natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and diesel.
4. Dual Heavy-Duty Bi-Axial Rotating Arms, Low Vibration Stable Forming
   Two reinforced alloy bi-axial rotating arms with separate high torque drive modules, bidirectional low-vibration rotation prevents PE raw material stratification, finished plastic barrels and water tanks have smooth inner and outer surfaces without pits or color aberration. Inner and outer shaft rotation speed can be independently adjusted steplessly.
5. Alternating Shuttle Circulation Design, High Equipment Utilization Rate
   Dual arms shuttle alternately between heating cabin and cooling station, heating, cooling and demoulding procedures run synchronously without idle waiting downtime. While one arm heats inside the oven, the other arm completes cooling and material loading, equipment utilization rate increased by over 50% compared with single-station rotomolding machines.
6. Extra Thick Reinforced Integral Welded Frame, Long-Term Stable Full-Load Continuous Operation
   Ultra-thick carbon steel plate integral welding plus post-welding stress relief heat treatment creates high structural rigidity, no vibration or deformation after long-hour 24-hour uninterrupted cyclic mass production, adapt to long-term factory continuous production.
