Hot Melt Adhesive DTF Powder is a thermoplastic polyurethane powder hot melt adhesive. It has excellent color stability, excellent resistance to yellowing; super high resilience, stretchability, and super soft feel. And it has excellent bonding properties to textiles.

Hot Melt Adhesive DTF Powder is used in textiles and garments, heat transfer printing, heat transfer paste, flocking paste and bronzing paste.

Prepare the design pattern and print it onto a heat-sensitive adhesive film.
Sprinkle the hot melt adhesive DTF powder evenly onto the printed film.
Remove excess powder, leaving only the powder adhered to the film.
Place the film onto the fabric and apply heat and pressure using a heat press machine, causing the powder to melt and bond the design to the fabric.
