Mixer
Mixing soap noodles and other additive
This biaxial mixer has Z-agitators, the twist angle is changed to 55°to increase the mixing length，obtaining better agitation. The
two agitators have different speeds: fast agitator 36 r/min, slow agitator 22 r/min. The soap pellets will be turn to powder in 3
minutes.
Capacity: 250 kg/batch
Three roll mill
bottom discharged mill with three rolls and two scrapers are design for professional soap producers. The soap particle size can
reach 0.05 mm after milling. The size of milled soap is uniformly distributed, that means 100% of efficiency. The 3 rolls, made
from stainless alloy 4Cr, are driven by 3 gear reducers with their own speed. The gear reducers are supplied by SEW, Germany. The
clearance between rolls can be adjusted independently; the adjusting error is 0.05 mm max. The clearance is fixed by shrinking
sleeves supplied by KTR, Germany, and set screws.
Duplex vacuum plodder
This is a two-stage extruder. Each worm is speed adjustable. The upper stage is for refining of soap, while the lower stage is for
plodding of the soap. Between the two stages there is a vacuum chamber where air is evacuated from the soap to eliminate air
bubbles in the soap. The high pressure in the lower barrel make soap compact then the soap is extruded out to form continuous soap
bar.

1000ES-QKI Electronic single-blade cutter is with vertical engraving rolls, used in toilet or translucent soap finishing line for
preparing soap billets for soap stamping machine. All electric components are supplied by Siemens. Split boxes supplied by
professional company are used for whole servo and PLC control system. The machine is noise free.
Cutting accuracy ± 1 gram in weight and 0.3 mm in length.

soap stamper
stamper press any soap shape and logo. This machine uses best mechanical parts, such as two-speed gear reducer, speed variator and
right-angle drive supplied by Rossi, Italy; coupling and shrinking sleeve by German manufacturer, bearings by SKF, Sweden; Guide
rail by THK, Japan; electric parts by Siemens, Germany. T The control is realized by a PLC.
It controls the vacuum and compressed air on/off during stamping.
Capacity:
6 pieces in one stroke, 5 to 45 strokes per minute.
Compressed air pressure: 0.6 MPa.
