ZW Series LPG Compressor with Oil Pump Lubricating
ZW series of liquefied petroleum gas recycle compressor is
vertical, single acting, air-cooled, oil-free lubrication,
reciprocating piston unit.
This series compressor cylinder & packing components are oil-free to ensure the purity of its working medium. Crankshaft, connecting rod,
crosshead components are pressure lubrication (Oil Pump
lubrication) to ensure the reliability of lubrication.
Characteristics
Safety and Reliability, this unit adopts the optimistic design and
corresponds to the standard of JB/T8052-96 “Non-oil lubrication LPG
Cycling Compressor” and reaches the level of quality product.
It is of energy saving equipment and installed with double anti-“liquid punch” device to secure its smooth running and eliminate
the “cylinder cover burst out” accident.
Low Investment since its complement, energy saving and excellent
performance, especially no need to install the additional inlet
separating
tank and outlet buffer tank, and the related change-over valve and
their pipeline and accessories, it saves the customers lots of
cost.
High Recovery Rate The cost from the recovering the residual liquid
and remained gas will enable the customer to regain the value of
the unit in short time.

Application
