This production line is used for produce single wall corrugated pipes for PE, PVC, as well as PA material. Single wall corrugated pipe have features of high temperature resistance, resistant to corrosion and abrasion, high intensity, good flexibility etc. They are widely using in many fields, such as auto wire, electric conduit, insulation pipes for lamps and lanterns wire, tubes of air conditioner and washing machine etc.

Features of Pipe Production Line:

1) Different type of extruder will be chosen according to different processed material.

2) PE/PA extruder is use of single screw type extruder, with good plastizing & dispersion, and high output.

3) PVC extruder is use of conical double screw extruder, with good plasticizing & dispersion, and high output.

4) The die head of single wall corrugated pipe is specially designed for wide application, with features of simple forming process and even pipe wall.

5) The corrugated pipe forming mold is optimum designed for high speed and stable pipe forming.

6) The cutting machine is specially designed for corrugated pipe for high precision cutting and no-damage to crest.
