Crawler Track Haul-off Units
Our crawler track haul-off units provide optimal solutions with
flexibility in pad dimensions and track lengths, featuring two
independent tracks with gearboxes and continuous speed adjustment
by inverter.

Cutting Systems
We offer two types of cutting units for profile applications: Saw
(TK-series) and guillotine (GK PRO) cutting systems. For window
sill and similar wide panel profiles, we also supply cross-cut
systems (CC PRO) and blade cutting units (BK-series) for profiles
up to 8mm height without dust and chips.

Used for melting and stirring plastic material with special screw
and barrel design for perfect mixing and homogeneous output.
Features driving motors for minimized electricity consumption and
PLC automation with touch panel controller.
Mould
Our mould design provides ideal viscosity to melt material for
profile production, giving shape to plastic after processing. All
plastic-contact surfaces are polished to minimize friction losses.
Calibration Table
Subjects shaped profiles from the mould to calibration and cooling
processes. Design varies according to profile type and
characteristics, with all water-contact areas made of stainless
steel to prevent corrosion.
Crawler Track Haul-off
Design varies depending on profile measurement contact area.
Standard inverter control allows speed adjustment relative to
material output rate and enables measurement adjustments through
speed control equipment.
Saw Cutter
Operates with high efficiency in speedy working conditions, cutting
profiles to required lengths with synchronized saw table and clamp
movement. Integrated dust collection unit effectively absorbs and
removes swarf and dust from the production area.
Tip-off Unit
Operates on pneumatic cylinder system.
