General introduction

1. why to use hot oil boiler, thermal oil boiler: the hot oil boiler working temperature can reach 250 °C above under 0.3 ~ 1.0 MPa operating pressure. The production cost greatly reduced compared to saturated steam boiler.
2. Hot oil boiler running medium is heat conduction oil.
3. The hot oil boiler can use coaL,biomass,wood as fuel, heat conduction oil as medium, using hot oil circulation pump to force the medium in liquid circulation, transfer heat to user’s heat equipment and heat conduction oil return to the boiler to be heated again. Achieve high working temperature under low pressure, and can precisely control the medium running.
4. The rated power: 700 KW to 14000KW(600,000kcal to 12,000,000kcal)
5. The characteristics of the heat conduction oil: has the performance of thermal cracking and chemical oxidation, high heat transfer efficiency, fast heat transfer, thermal stability is good.
