Q4: How can i do if i find the quality of the products with problem?

A: First of all, We have confidence in the quality of our products. If really found someting wrong. Please provide the picture. We have warranty within one year. So you can set your heart at rest to buy our products.

Q5. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in Original box.

Q6. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q7. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q8. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, most of items we keep stock for all season . it will take 7to 10 days after receiving your advance payment. if we didn’t have stock ,The delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Normaly 4 to 5 days .

Q9. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
