Q:What's the warranty of your LED Display Board?
We offer 2 years warranty for our different led display screen series, 100,000 hours life span for the led lamps, and lifetime technology support with 7/24 phone answering service if you have any problem with our led screen.

Q:Whats your payment term? How long it takes to delivery?
We normally accept T/T and L/C, and other payment options is negotiable for your convenience. A 30% deposit is needed in advance, and the rest 70% be paid before delivery. Our average lead time is 20-25 working days.

Q:Can I visit our factory in China?
Our factory is open to our customers, very welcome to visit us. The person who is responsible will guide you to scan the workshop every step, you will know the rough producing situation, then you will be trustful to us. Business is long time cooperation, trust is the most important between each other. We can not only do business together, but also can be good friends.
