PP packing belt making machine

This is a PP packing belt making machine &PP packaging belt extruder, can produce 5-19mm wide PP packaging belt, advanced technology, first-class technology, the current equipment in the packaging belt industry to hold the first place, the production of PP packaging belt has ultra-thin, lighter, meter length and other advantages, suitable for any automatic baler use.

FEATURES:

1. The plastic raw materials used in the production of PP strapping equipment can be recycled materials or virgin PP polypropylene materials.
2. The equipment adopts a high-precision, high-quality screw from a well-known brand, with unique parameter design, featuring high extrusion volume, good plasticization, high hardness, and wear resistance. Equipped with a quantitative extrusion system, the produced straps have consistent width and thickness with a small error range, meeting national strapping acceptance standards.
3. Cutting is done using imported CNC machine tools, and high-precision die components ensure stable product molding quality, with width and thickness errors within the national strapping acceptance range.
4. Equipped with a non-stop automatic screen changer, screen replacement can be done without stopping the machine, maximizing efficiency. Four-screen circulation provides large-area filtration, eliminating the need for frequent screen changes.




Working principle of PP polypropylene extruder:

The feeding section ------- feeds the PP polypropylene pellets through the hopper into the extruder.
Extrusion ------- screw is heated and rotated to melt and extrude the material.
Extrusion ------ extrudes the melted polypropylene strip blanks through the die to form the desired shape.
Cooling & Shaping ------ The extruded product is shaped and cooled by cooling water tank device.
Stretching ------- stretching oven heats the PP strip blanks and stretches them, ratio 1-10 times.
Shaping-------Shaping oven will heat and shape the PP tape again to make the finished product specification more standard.
Winding -------- will wind the finished PP belt into rolls and put it into storage.
