1. This machine integrate the waste tire wire cutting and
extracting machine, which
reduces the cot and enhances the efficiency greatly!
2. dopts hydraulic reciprocating extracting method, full circle or
half circle of
bead wire can be easily extracted.
3. Feedig oil by Duplex Impeller Pump with low operating noise, the
two pumps will
supply oil at the same time when the Extracting Cylinder reach out,
and only one
pump supplies oil when hauling back the bead wire, so as to reduce
loading current and save energy.
4. The speed and pressure of the Extracting Cylinder will not
change when the
Pressing Cylinder is working, so as to enhance the machine's
efficiency and extend
the Control Valve's lifetime greatly!
5. Operations are interchangeable between manual and automatic.

the capacity, the size of rubber powder or rubber particle.
The brief description of tire processing:
1. First, we need to cut and draw out the bead wire of the tire by
the Compound Tire Cutter
2. Then we can put the tire into the Tire Crusher by the conveyor,
the tire will be crushed
into small pieces with the size of 50x50mm.
3. And those small pieces will be conveyed to the Secondary Crusher
to be crushed into
small particles of 6-12mm.
4. Now we need a Magnetic Separator to separate the steel fiber
from the rubber particles,
and a Square Magnetic Vibrator to separate the coarse fiber from
the rubber particles by
5. The coarse fiber will be collected in a box and the rubber
particles will be delivered to a
third Rubber Shredder to be shredded smaller of 1-4mm.
6. And then we need a Static Vibrator to gather the small fiber
into clumps by static force,
and to filter the rubber particles by screen.
7. The fiber clumps will be stored in the Fiber Collecting Machine
by conveyor, while the
rubber particles will be sent to the Airflow Classifier,
8. The residual fiber will be blowed to the Fiber Collecting Machine by the Airflow Classifier,
and the purified rubber particles will be collected by the Storage
9. And then be delivered to the Rubber Grinder, so the rubber
particles will be grinded
into rubber powder.
10. Then the rubber powder will be separated by the Three-layer
Vibrator according to its
size, and be packed automatically by the Packing Machine.
11. The exhaust gas and dust will be collected by the Cyclone
Collector, then the dust will
be absorbed by the Dust Separation Machine,
12. While the gas will be filtered by Activated Carbon in the Air
Purifier and be emitted to Air.
