    Main use

    The high temperature brazing furnace can be used in many industries, such as automobile, diesel engine, aero-space & aviation, air conditioning, refrigeration, gas water heater and so on for carbon steel, stainless steel, cooper ceramic parts' brazing and bright heat treatment.

    Features

    • Muffle can work longer, and it is guranteed generally for 1.5 years under normal condition (1120℃) and for 3 years when under lower temperatures (less than 950℃).
    • Cooling muffle has good performance, and there will be no oxidation of the brazing parts.
    • Heat exchanger is in the cooling section, which can speed up the cooling process.
    • Individual Continuous Variable Control System (ICVC) ensures very high temperature accuracy and uniformity. The furnace temperature stability can reach ±1℃.
    • Automatic control with multiple protective features ensures the safety of both furnace and operators.
