Sanny brand metal scrap processing machine is mainly used for
various metal scrap ( such as iron scrap, copper scrap, aluminum
scrap and stainless steal scrap etc.), granular metal powder ( such
as iron powder, aluminum powder, copper powder and lead powder
etc.), metallurgical additives and sponge iron(also be named
one-off reduced iron) etc. Without adding any binder, the materials
can be pressed into high density cylindrical briquettes with 2-8 kg
of weight and density of above 5T/m3. This metal scrap processing
machine adopts hydraulic transmission and ST foreign standards seal
to ensure continuous operation without cylinder pressure being
weakened. It is featured by the durable use, smooth operation;
automation with computer control, low failure rate, easy
maintenance and so on.
It is mainly used to press metal materials directly, such as the
cast iron scrap, steel scrap, copper scrap, aluminum scrap and
superior mineral powder etc., into cylinder briquette of 3-6 kg by
high cold pressure. The whole process needs no heating, additives
or other process to facilitate the transportation and storage and
reduce the loss in the re-use process. This metal scrap processing
machine can be applied in aluminum alloy factory, steel plants,
aluminum plants, copper plants, auto parts, hardware and other
related enterprise of casting.
Working PrincipleMetal scrap processing machine consists of seven parts, that is,
host, hydro-cylinder, feeding parts, discharging parts, mold,
hydraulic pump station and electric control.
The whole production line uses automatic control by computer and
has three kinds of semi-automatic, manual and automatic. After the
power is switched on, adopt the manual operation and check each
part to ensure the correct operation. Then start the automatic
button, after that the raw material is carried into the silos by
the conveyor belt. Next, the feeding car will send the raw
materials into the mold cavity with the driving force of cylinder.
The feeding car returns and the cylinder will give force to the
working surface; at the same time, the master cylinder is opened
and stops after the pressing molding.
